Terms of Use

1. License grant

Trianvil Software d.o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Replenia for your own personal wellness and nutrition tracking. No ownership rights in the app or its content are conveyed to you.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or sublicense the app or any part of it; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code; use it for any unlawful purpose; or remove any proprietary notice from it.

3. Medical and wellness disclaimer

Replenia is a nutrition tool, not a medical one. It is strictly informational and is not a medical device under FDA, EU MDR or any equivalent regulation. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it cannot diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Replenia never recommends, adjusts or comments on medication doses or schedules. The medication information you enter is a personal diary; it does not replace your prescription or your medication's official prescribing information. Nutrient targets come from general public reference intakes, not from your personal medical history.

Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, or medication, and follow their guidance over anything shown in the app. Replenia is not intended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals or by anyone under 18. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. Limitations of AI-generated information

Parts of the app — including photo recognition and nutrition analysis — use artificial-intelligence technology that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect outputs. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content. Verify important information independently, for example against food labels or with a qualified professional.

5. Nutritional data sources and accuracy

Nutritional values in Replenia derive from third-party sources, including public food composition databases such as USDA FoodData Central and published dietary reference values. All values are estimates only and may vary with region, brand, preparation and portion size.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Parts of Replenia require a paid subscription ("Replenia Pro"). Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are charged to your Apple ID account. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; the price is always shown before you confirm a purchase.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app without notice if you violate these Terms or use the app unlawfully. You may stop using the app, and delete your account from within it, at any time.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

The app, its design, software and content are and remain the property of Trianvil Software d.o.o. and are protected by intellectual property law. Medication names appearing in the app are the registered trademarks of their respective owners — see the Trademark notice in Settings › About › Legal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Privacy

Your use of Replenia is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why. You can read it in Settings › About › Legal.
